In early 2001, I was working as a waitress and tutoring third graders when my roommate asked me to stop by the office and assist her with a pallet. Tiger Leather was a young company at that time - she was the only other employee besides the owner (Frank Toledano) who was traveling. I was asked if I could work a few days a week because the company was growing. Then in 2002, I came on full time.
As the company grew, I grew. Being a small company at the time, everyone did everything. Identifying the customer’s “needs” and “wants” was, and continues to be the basis of the company. Throughout my various positions at Tiger Leather, the company has allowed me to grow as an individual and an employee.
Many years later, I am still here. Today, I am the Logistics Manager at Tiger Leather. I am part of the Revolution.
